DJI SDR Transmission 2 Expansion Accessory Kit
Adds SDI, HDMI and USB-C input/output to a DJI SDR Transmission 2 transceiver, turning a compact wireless unit into a fixed monitoring and camera-control station for broadcast and cinema work. A transceiver cage with NATO port and screw-mount options gives the unit a stable base on a cart, stand or rig rather than sitting loose on set. Metadata transmission for colour grading, focus data and timecode sync carries alongside the video feed, relevant the moment a DIT or colourist needs more than a picture to work from.
What It's For
The expansion plate's SDI and HDMI inputs and outputs support multi-format I/O, letting a fixed monitoring station accept a feed from a broadcast camera and pass it on to a second monitor or recorder without a format conversion step in between. One USB-C port connects and powers directly from a DJI RS 5, the other handles power, photo capture and start/stop recording control when paired with other Ronin devices. The transceiver cage's NATO port and screw holes mount the whole unit to a cart, C-stand or rig, turning what's otherwise a handheld transceiver into a fixed video village station for the length of a shoot.

Confirmed for the DJI SDR Transmission 2 transceiver, the same unit sold individually and as part of the SDR Transmission 2 Combo. Checking a production's transceiver count against how many expansion kits are needed avoids a monitoring station with no SDI or HDMI path built in on the day it's needed

No, each kit fits one transceiver. A monitoring station with both a transmitter and a receiver needing SDI connectivity needs a kit for each unit.
