Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Ordered on the Wednesday afternoon and arrived next morning. Would highly recommend this company.

BOOM!!!! As a guy who trains people to use LinkedIn I needed a new camera for all my videos. Buying new tech is always a nightmare, so many sites and so many options. But when you have options to spread your payments and get next day delivery, why go anywhere else. Packaged perfectly and tracked delivery meant I knew when the camera was near me. Want tech quickly and simply, then check out the Drone Store. And they just don;t do drones!!!

I just received my Osmo pocket 3 which I ordered for on Monday it was a nxt day delivery so I received it on Tuesday as a beginner using Osmo pocket I must say I love it and I am totally like the good customer service i received. Thank you Dronesafestore for the free gift I received as well.

The service received is unsurpassable. Order one day and it is with you the next. This is what customers are expecting. Those interested in drones want the goods to put them to use. This company advertises the service. It is promised and it works. Excellent service. This company will recommend items. This is very helpful. Items have been tried and tested.

The Drone Safe staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They really do make it easy to understand all about drone flying and the whole place has a really friendly atmosphere.

Extremely efficient in dealing with my recent order for a DJI mini4 pro which I ordered in the late evening, but in mid morning of the following day I decided to opt for an additional service they offer, so I phoned them in the hope that my item was still with them which it was and they were so accommodating in accepting the request. Sadly though their next day delivery service was let down by their courier service, failing to deliver next day.

Bought the DJI Pocket 3 from these guys, brilliant service and arrived next day by 11am, definitely will use them again

After watching a lot of their videos on YouTube, I thought I would give them a go, so I bought an Avata 2 and another spare battery today, 23rd. I must say what great service they have given, and I can't see myself buying from anyone else. 👍 Next purchase: DJI Pro 4, I think. Great work! 👍

First visit was excellent..young guy was helpful and friendly. Second visit other young guy..on his phone, he couldn't really be bothered with the interaction or the sale...unfortunate..I was raving to everyone after my initial visit...

Great Mavic 4 Pro demonstration event on Saturday (17th May '25) Very knowledgable presentation and chance to see the drone in flight. Great buffet! Mark & Tom are running the perfect store to buy your drone. I have driven down from Suffolk twice now in preference to more local suppliers. Archie was super helpful, well informed and very generous with his time. Dave gave an impressive "Final Cut Pro" demo in their well spec'd training area. If you are thinking of buying or finding out about drones check them out.

Found this company via their YouTube Channel and they had an open day showing the new flagship DJI Mavic 4 Pro, the new RC2 Pro and the user software. They also provided a free buffet and fresh coffee, the entire event was free with no obligation to buy anything. So I drove for nearly 2 hours and took advantage of their generous offer. I had already decided I was going to buy a drone, but this offer from “Drone Safe Store” made me want to buy from them and collect my new drone that same day. Mark, Dave & Tom were extremely helpful and patient with me and my questions. Made me feel they generally wanted me there. The atmosphere in the store was friendly from both the staff and customers who are keen hobbyists and very easy to get along with. There are so many training courses and services offered by this store, I’ll definitely be going back for more in good time. Easy recommendation from me, if you’re local, pop in. Further afield, you can call them 7 days a week as they’re open everyday. They’ll ship your product same day too. Not sponsored, I paid for my drone. Just happy to find a reputable DJI dealer which is family run and independent. What’s not to like!
