Excellent service, I highly recommend. Prices are competitive and service is amazing, Tom took the time to help me set up my new drone and answer all of my many questions. This is my first drone and just having that support is invaluable. If you want a drone, buy from these guys, they know their stuff and they are more than happy to advise and help.

I arranged to drive to drone safe register to pick up the equipment personally. What a great bunch of guys. We ended up all having a chat about various things (strangely not drones) but it was a genuinely pleasant experience. At home the DJI Mic I bought was faulty straight out of the box. On return, the item was replaced, no hassle. DJI must have shipped a bad one to drone safe register. I was offered money for fuel. Great guys, brilliant team, outstanding business.

Great choice of equipment, nice to get a little discount for being DSR member. I ordered the mini 3 pro and fly more kit, which arrived very promptly. I’ve ordered a few items from the team, who have always been knowledgable and always give great service, with a few little extras. My model glider fleet is increasing 😃 but the sweets don’t hang around for long ! Will be ordering another battery for the mini 3 soon.

My new go to store for DJI Equipment. I have now purchased three items from the Drone Safe Store and have been satisfied with the experience on every occasion. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, you are kept informed at all times on the progress of your order and the prices I have found to be better than anywhere else in the UK. I have no hesitation in recommending this supplier.

Wasn't sure who these guy's are when they came up as best price on the internet. But called them on the phone and got a very strong impression they are good honest people dedicated to good service. Ordered my drone which was out of stock every where in the UK. They kept me up to date with delivery progress and it arrived exactly when they estimated it would. Can't recomend them highly enough.
