After deliberating the pros and cons of buying a Mavic 3 for the past month, this being such an expensive item, I was full of indecision regarding many aspects of drone flying legislation. I had already ordered two from other on-line retailers (Jessops and Drones Direct) but ‘bottled it’ and both were returned. What a difference a bit of personal contact makes though from someone who clearly knows his subject and actually cares about his customers. After further indecision I received a personal phone call from Mark, the CEO of Drone Safe Register. In five minutes he allayed all my fears by talking good old common sense and without any ‘pressure sales’ tactic, I decided to buy and this time keep the Mavic 3. From this brief conversation I knew that my drone flying future was in good safe hands and any issues would be resolved swiftly by those in the know. As far as customer service goes, next day delivery was the icing on the cake for what has been a totally pleasurable buying experience. Just need this bloody rain to stop now so I can fly the darn thing!
