The ordering was slightly too complicated as I would have thought giving a name, postcode and email would be enough to get the purchase. I lost out on the cheaper price as could not complete the transaction quickly, the stock was sold out. However the delivery of the DJI Om 5 was quick. I was going to buy 2 as my daughter was also keen. Funny that the stock was back in the next morning!!!!! My 1st purchase through DroneSafe was good and so would recommend.

I honestly can’t rate this company highly enough for several reasons: 1. Their selection of products is mind boggling. I hadn’t even realised half of their stock was even produced let alone sold. 2. They’re fast and efficient. If they say the product will arrive the next day, it will arrive. 3. I have a sneaky - although unconfirmed and unsubstantiated - suspicion I may have brought a product they’d incorrectly priced on their website without realising. I was unaware and thought it was an absolutely cracking deal. You know, these guys just got on with it. They accepted my order, confirmed despatch, and handed off to their super fast couriers. I had my product in my hand the following afternoon. What’s interesting about point 3 above is, I’ve been in this situation before and although there are trading laws in protect the consumer, the stores have refused to honour the price. Instead you hear a long ramble of excuses or worse with online retailers, endless emails and replies. But these guys, they cracked right on. I highly respect and value that level of doing business. It demonstrated integrity. Top rated in my view and I’ll return to them in the future to show my loyalty.

Recently bought my mini 3 Pro from Drone safe store, totally happy with the service and speed of delivery with dpd. Going to make my go to store for any purchase of Drones or parts from here on in, plus good discounts too. Thumbs up from me.
