Went to Dronesafe originally to get an RC 2 controller to use with my Neo as I had to use my ipad to fly it, my Android phone doesnt run Flymore app. decided to pay the extra and get the Flip Flymore pack. it was so easy to set up and once batteries charged and latest updates installed was flying in minutes. The Flip is a great drone with more features and easier to use than a phone with an app. with my Neo and Mini 3 pro and now the flip , i have a drone for all uses Guy in the store was very helpful and the display was well presented with the range from DJI available to see recommend this store for anyone wanting to get a drone. .

Super fast delivery, free landing pad with my drone and lots of information sent along with my DJI neo that the company didn't have to send but I'm sure glad they did. When I need another drone or any accessories I will definitely shop here again

It was great to go into a real shop, speak to real people and buy a real drone. I dealt with a guy called Harrison who listened to me talk rubbish for a while and then guided me to a product that suited my needs. Everybody there were pleasant and helpful. Quite refreshing really. It was good to be able to handle the products in real life before making a purchase. Another guy working there made me a decent cup of real coffee using a real espresso machine as well. Bonus.

I bought a car charger for a DJI Power 500. Competitive price, quick delivery and the charger was as described. Happy.

Really nice to deal with, had an issue caused entirely by my bank but the guys at the drone safe store sorted everything out, despatched really quickly, couldn't recommend them enough. Great customer service.
