First class service will use again for my drone needs and very helpful

Unfortunately I was sold a sun shade cover for the RC, despite asking for the RC2 sun shade cover. It clearly doesn’t fit. Having done a little research it doesn’t appear that there is one and it’s very difficult to see the screen in sunlight

5-star service from a family business. I've been looking for a good deal on a Mini 3 Pro RC with Fly More kit and I found the Drone Safe Store on Google, with an unbeatable deal. I called up and spoke to Tom who answered all the silly questions I had and put together an amazing deal for me including VIP membership and 2 years of insurance cover. The drone was with me the next day (I paid a tenner extra for this as it was a bank holiday weekend) and they'd even included extras like a screen protector for the RC, a neck strap for the RC, some Haribo and a little plane, much to the delight of my kids. This was on top of the hard case and micro SD card they included in the deal and a really pleasant surprise. The kit was extremely well packaged and you can see how much care, effort and attention to detail goes into everything they do. After speaking to Tom, I found out they were a family business and DJI affiliate who do an awful lot of work outside of selling drones to support the drone community. I cannot believe the quality of service that Drone Safe provide. I'm a VERY happy customer who will be returning time and again... I've already happily recommended them to a number of people who are interested in getting a drone and would rate my experience with Drone Safe as 6 star if I could. Thank you so much!
