I'm usually reluctant to order stuff online, so I had a very pleasant experience personally collecting a DJI Ronin 4D and various peripherals back in March. Reassured, I had no hesitation pre-ordering a DJI mic, which arrived the day after they got stock. I even went in again for a second unit with the same result. My overall experience inspired me to comment to a prospective customer that Drone Safe Store's service could only get better if they could read my mind and have my wish appear the moment I opened my eyes. Well, they came close this week when I was awoken by a call from Tom, the sales director, alerting me to the fact they had received stock of accessory hand grip combos for my earlier purchase. Admittedly, I wasn't thinking about them that very morning but they had crossed my mind recently even if I wasn't fully decided. Tom invited me to check out the product their website, which I did and immediately placed an order. My purchase was on its way possibly within minutes because when I called at 9:30am the following day to add another item to my order, the young man I spoke to remembered despatching it the previous morning. Both items arrived by 11am the day after I placed my order, each waking me from my slumber - effectively the moment I opened my eyes. Later, when I checked my messages, I had been kept informed of my orders' status by the store and the delivery service all along. So even if they don't quite read minds yet, they certainly put them at rest.

A great place to deal with, plenty of free advice with no sales pressure. Knowledgeable people with lots of useful tips and help. Mark advised me to start small and work up from there. Useful information that saved me money and ensured that I will not only be using the Dronesafe register again, but also to recommend Mark and his team to anyone wanting a Drone or associated equipment. Many thanks once again!

Really grateful that my delivery arrived the very next day in less than 24 hours! I needed an SSD drive for my DJI product for a shoot the next day, a member of the team even called me to let me know it would be delivered today. Really fast professional service, thank you very much!

As someone who enjoys photography, the purchase of a DJI Mavic 2 Pro three years ago added a new dimension to my hobby. The Mavic 2 Pro has proved to be a great drone, producing excellent images but as you can imagine, the Mavic 3 soon sparked my interest. Just two weeks ago, I met another drone pilot who happened to be landing his Mavic 3 and a long conversation ensued. He certainly sang the praises of the 3 and was quick to recommend Drone Safe if I was interested in making a purchase. I was not familiar with Drone Safe but a few days later I made a call and spoke to Mark, the owner. I had various questions and Mark was happy to take plenty of time to provide me with information and advice. I was impressed from that moment on. The following day, I rang back and placed an order for the Mavic 3 with Tom, Mark's son and store manager. Once again, a friendly conversation took place, providing me with delivery information etc. I am definitely glad that I took the opportunity to purchase from Drone Safe. Their professionalism and friendly customer service is absolutely excellent and I highly recommend this company for everyone's drone needs!
