DJI Mini 3 Pro, we ordered on the pre order and the unit was delivered in time for launch day. Plenty of free goodies were also included. Great team and always very helpful.

We bought our DJI Mini Pro 3 from the Drone Safe Store and they were absolutely awesome. They kept us up to date with delivery estimates the entire time, the price was spot on, provided sweets in the box 😂, and their facebook group has been really helpful too. They even beat DJI on delivery time! 👍 Would definitely buy from them again; Excellent service and you are also helping a UK independent!

Had the pleasure of buying my first drone from these people, love the drone but more importantly really pleased with the service from the shop, ordered fly more kit, drone and a spare set of propellers. Shame the fly more kit came before the drone but they sent it as soon as they had stock rather than waiting and saving the cost of the postage (at their expense). Always kept informed of how the order was progressing and if I have had an questions they were either at the end of a phone or an actual person on live chat. Won't hesitate to buy from them again that is for sure

Quite possibly the best customer service experienced with a business. Good communication is paramount. Even if it’s news on your order being delayed at least you know and saves you chasing for updates. No hesitation in using Drone Safe again

Purchased the DJI mini 3 pro along with the Flymore kit spare sticks controller screensavers 30w charging brick and ND filters. Ordered them a week after launch (10th) on the 17th May on the day when all of that one who ordered it on the 10th we’re getting the drones got my fly more kit a week later on the 25th and the drone and screen saver on the 9th of June when the second batch came in was pleasantly surprised to find packets of Harry Bos and chewy toffee bars thrown into it as well and appreciated the 64 GB SanDisk memory card included for free the staff are so friendly and the customer support is excellent and customers have a dedicated Facebook group to check on orders and be told when deliveries are setting off they even hired a van to fill with drones to make sure it got to DPD in time for the next day delivery cannot praise them enough thank you very much I know the three items I have yet to receive will be here as soon as you get them
