During the recent drought of certain Dji products I shamefully ordered with one of DSS’s competitors. Silly me!. The delivery date slipped and slipped with no reason ever given. Enter Drone Safe Store! Having forgotten I’d signed up months ago to be informed when the item became available, up popped their notification! I called them within minutes, and, sure enough, they had physical stock! The guys were really friendly and helpful, especially as they were receiving quite a rush for this particular item. Who says customer service is dead? I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way they speedily handled my order, which arrived within 48 hours! Just received my DJI mini 3 fly more kit with some other smaller items, was kept up to date all the way through the sale to delivery.Guys are so helpful and with chat even better, just got to wait for my Drone now which I originally ordered direct from dji but cancelled due to length of wait and have now bought off these guys.
